The purpose of this project was to refine the company’s current Salesforce instance in order to pull the data into Tableau to then build the necessary operational and performance focused reporting dashboards. For this work, a requirements gathering process was used in order to evaluate the current state of their Salesforce instance to update the automated processes, existing fields, and custom objects. After developing and changing Salesforce as needed, all datasets were created by directly linking to Salesforce through Tableau and then all dashboards were built to fit the business needs.
