I’m Lindsay LaRocque—a self-employed consultant helping businesses grow smarter, not harder.

After years of watching teams struggle with mismatched tech and messy processes, I decided to do something about it. Now, I help founders and leaders get their systems and strategies in sync, so they can focus on what matters most.

My approach is simple:

  • Keep things practical

  • Make change feel doable

When I’m not consulting, you’ll find me rotating through hobbies (hello, puzzles and Nintendo Switch), assembling book nooks, or squeezing in a good book whenever I can.
